From Exposition, select Set up tables > Product master list
Product Master List
Lists all products available for exhibition at specific expositions.
Product Name
Enter a name for a product being added to the master list.
Product Description
Enter a description of the product.
Product Category
Enter a category for the product (select the Find icon to look up a category). Exposition-product categories are defined on the EXPO_PROD_CAT general lookup/validation table.
Total Products on Master List
Displays the total number of products on the Product Master List.
Conflict List button
Opens the Exhibited Product Conflicts window used for defining and managing lists of conflicting products. See Managing Conflicting Products for more.
To define an exposition product
1. From Exposition, select Set up
tables > Product master list to open the
Set up product master list window.
2. Click New.
3. Define the product:
□ Enter the Product Name.
□ Enter the Product Description.
□ Enter the Product Category (select the Find icon to look up a category).
4. Click Save.
